I work with individuals and couples, including artists and creatives, who are at a crossroads, whether that means working through anxiety, processing the effects of trauma, navigating a significant life change, or reconnecting with who they are. I also offer dedicated perinatal support, walking alongside clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity transformation known as matrescence.
My work draws on mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and a trauma-informed lens, shaped by my background in the arts, philosophy, and meditation. What I offer is a space that feels both thoughtful and grounded, where you can slow down, attend to both mind and body, make sense of what you are carrying, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
